If this is your first facial, I would suggest to book a standard facial & come prepared to  upgrade the package if necessary. After cleansing the skin, an analysis will be initiated to further asses treatment. If you know your skin and have an idea which treatment you would prefer, feel free to choose as desired. Image consultation and analysis are included in all packages. All skin is assumed to be considered sensitive, during analysis will determine most beneficial ingredients. This journey we embark on together is not taken lightly, skin is handled with care & routines are built up gradually over time as we become familiar to how the skin reacts. Rest assured all bookings are flexible to suit the needs leading to the most favorable outcome.

Here at M4B products mostly contain natural based ingredients. We make it a top priority to protect the skin and work in harmony with it's daily functions. Ingredients are handpicked based on the desired result and combined to curate a custom skin care solution. Our treatments are considered best for maintenance, balancing the skin as well as an introduction to obtaining a proper self-care regimen. We do not use products with harsh, unnatural chemicals and we do not offer medical grade chemical peels or treat skin diseases or disorders, please seek a dermatologist or physician if needed.

I specialize in natural soft glam looks, whether or not we go dramatic glam or subtle, all looks are custom to the individual and created to be timeless and classic. Maintaining a solid reputation is a priority for our artistry as our clients are typically required to maintain professionalism and work in respected fields. Editorial looks can also be accommodated by request.

It is best to book your appointment as soon as possible to ensure availability and prep. For weddings or special events, it is recommended to book at least 3 months in advance. Feel free to contact us to provide a more detailed that way we may be able to make arrangements to accommodate your specific needs.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to reschedule if needed. Please keep in mind a 48 hour notice is a decent amount of time to adjust rescheduling and accommodate any requests. Communication is a key factor when navigating schedules and changes. We do not charge the remaining balance for cancelations or additional fees, however the deposit will cover No shows, Late fees, and Same day cancelations. If given the impression of repeated disregard for  time and non-communication on multiple occasions, due to the lack of trust, we may prefer to refrain from accepting booking from said individual in the future. Maintaining relationships and a healthy line of communication with our clients is a priority to us.

Yes, we have a seating area outside of our studio where any guest may wait patiently upon arrival. Please keep in mind this is a professional environment as we are expected to provide quality services. Smoking, vaping, loud music, unpleasant, disturbing noises are PROHIBITED. Please be respectful, refrain from using profanity and distasteful language. We would love to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, creating an oasis is ideal to escape away from the stress that is commonly encountered outside.
